My Approach to Conflict Resolution
All of the involved parents attend separate sessions that meet concurrently to build self-awareness, positive concept/self-esteem and create levels of empathy. I teach all of my parents how to effectively communicate with their children instead of hitting and yelling at them, enhancing their co-parent communication, being aware of each other’s needs, and replacing non-productive behaviors with healthy behaviors. I also teach my parents how to promote a healthy lifestyle for their children’s physical and emotional development; and teach appropriate child roles and development expectations.
Personalized Conflict Resolution
Thaler Solutions, PLLC provides personalized conflict resolution services in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere that fosters positive parenting, co-parenting, self-nurturing, and family nurturing. The Nurturing Parenting Program, when implemented, is a family-centered trauma-informed initiative designed to build nurturing parenting and co-parenting skills as an alternative to emotionally, physically, and psychologically abusive and neglecting parenting and child-rearing practices.
An Active Vision, Strategy, & Roadmap to Reach Your Goals
The Nurturing Parenting Program is primarily focused on the treatment and prevention of child abuse and neglect. The program is utilized nationwide to improve the lives of families experiencing unhealthy dynamics, with family-based interventions where parents learn similar knowledge and skills to enhance their children’s lives.
Built-in assessment strategies allow facilitators and parents to chart the course of their successes. When offered by the Facilitator, parents can attend group-based programs, individual-based session programs, or a combination of group and individual-based sessions.
